Form Intel, LLC operates Learning by Form and holds the teacher account. What we store about the teacher: email, first and last name, password hash, grade taught, picture (optional), theme, style, favorites, saved prompts, kit progress, product events, feedback she chooses to write, her Stripe customer id, and, if she agrees, a mobile number for text messages. Names, email, the mobile number, saved prompts, style text, feedback, and the picture are encrypted on the server. The password is stored only as a hash.

The mobile number is optional. We store it only after you check the box in Settings. That box starts unchecked. We also store the time you agreed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can remove the number any time. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Sent.dm sends those texts for Form Intel, LLC. We do not sell the number.

What we never hold: student information of any kind, and card numbers. Prompts use placeholders such as [CHILD'S NAME]. Fill those in inside your own tools.

Stripe handles the card when checkout is on. Learning by Form receives a customer id and the state of the subscription. It does not receive the card number.

You can download your data and close your account from Settings. Closing a paid account cancels the subscription first. Signing in again within 30 days restores the account. After that, the personal data is removed.

These words match the product we are building. A lawyer still needs to review them before this is a public product.
