Form Intel, LLC operates Learning by Form. We store teacher account information only: email, first and last name, password hash, grade taught, picture (optional), theme, style, favorites, saved prompts, kit progress, product events, feedback she chooses to write, her Stripe customer id, and, if she agrees, a mobile number for text messages.

The mobile number is optional and encrypted. The agreement box in Settings starts unchecked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. She can remove the number. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Sent.dm sends those texts. Texting START does not turn them back on. She agrees again in Settings if she wants them.

We never store student information. No child's name, photo, work, grade, or behavior. Prompts use placeholders such as [CHILD'S NAME]. Fill those in inside your own tools.

We never store card numbers. When checkout is on, Stripe holds the card. Learning by Form stores a customer id and the state of the subscription.

How to use AI safely with children's work: keep names and photos of children out of consumer AI tools. When the work is about a student, use a school-approved workspace. This studio does not receive education records, and schools are not customers here.

We do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The success metrics live in our own database.

The product is for adult educators. We do not direct it to children, and we do not collect children's information. A lawyer still needs to confirm that stance. This page is not a legal opinion, and it does not say the product meets a school privacy law.
