Learning by Form is operated by Form Intel, LLC. It is for adult educators. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult and you teach, or you support people who teach, Pre-K through 2nd grade.

The studio holds your account: name, email, the grade you teach, a password hash, an optional photo of you, and which plan you are on. If you write what made you sign up, or what is missing, those words are stored with your account. It does not ask for children's names, photos, or records. Keep those in your own tools. Prompts use placeholders such as [CHILD'S NAME].

The free plan includes the guides, the Master Edit Lock, and a starter set of prompts. The rest of the library is the full studio. Prices other than the locked $10 founding month are not final. When checkout is on, Stripe charges the card, and this site never sees the card number.

You can download your data and close your account from Settings. Closing it signs you out. Signing in again within 30 days restores it. After that, the personal data is removed.

These words are a working agreement so the sign-up checkbox is not a dead link. A lawyer still needs to review them before this is a public product.
