Refunds

Form Intel, LLC sells Learning by Form. You can cancel from the billing portal. Access continues until the period ends, then the plan returns to free. Your account stays. Paid prompts lock. They are not deleted.

A refund of the latest charge, together with cancellation, returns the account to the free plan.

The exact refund window is not locked yet. Dontae and a lawyer still need to write it. Until then, this page is a working note, not a finished policy.

Test mode does not charge a real card. Live charges stay off until Dontae connects his own Stripe account and locks the remaining prices.
